The Dimerus Cichlid is a relatively peaceful species with fantastic ornate coloration from South America. They have become somewhat difficult to obtain in the hobby as they are now being found in South Florida. Time will tell how much longer this fish will be available in the aquarium trade.

Feeding: Northfin Krill Pro Pellets, Frozen Blood Worms, Anchor Essentials Bloodworm Flakes.
Considerations: Dimerus Cichlids make a great addition to any community or medium aggressive tank. These guys are very similar to a Severum, Angelfish, or Acara in temperament
