The Vampire Pleco, also known as a Galaxy Pleco, has a very distinct white spot pattern with a dark black body. They are a very hardy species of Pleco.
Size: Approx 4-7”
Mature Size: Approx 10”+
Feeding: Northfin Carnivore Pellets, Frozen Blood Worms/Clams, Sinking Northfin Krill Pro Pellets.
Tank and Environment: Medium to Large (75+ Gallon)
Considerations: Unlike the common herbivorous plecos you typically see, these are meat eaters and will readily take to prepared dry and frozen fish foods.
