The ornate spotting and cylindrical body on these captive bred Tropical Gar make them a very attractive addition to any predator tank. Their long body and alligator like snout are sure to peak the interest of any hobbyist. They are native to Central America and can grow up to 3' long in captivity.

Feeding: Anchor Essentials Freeze Dried Krill, Anchor Essentials Floating Pellets.
Considerations: Tropical Gar will typically occupy the top of the water column. They are predatory and will eat small fish.
