The Red Bay Snook is native to Central America and is considered medium aggressive. Adorned with beautiful red/orange coloration and blue spangling these are a coveted addition for many hobbyist. We have not seen them available for quite some time in the hobby.

Tank and Environment: Medium to Large Aquarium (55 Gallon+)
Feeding: Anchor Essentials Freeze Dried Krill, Anchor Essentials Cichlid Pellets, Frozen Cut Fish/Shrimp.
Considerations: Red Bay Snook enjoy a spacious tank with ample vegetation. They will swallow smaller fish that fit into their mouth but otherwise are not known to be fin nippers. They have a slender body with a basket type mouth.
