The Azul Peacock Bass is a gorgeous species with bright blue coloration that intensifies as they mature.  This is arguably the most sought-after species of Peacock Bass in the fish-keeping hobby.  

Size: Approx 3-4”

Mature Size: Approx 18”

Feeding: Anchor Essentials Krill, Anchor Essentials Bloodworm Sticks, Anchor Essentials Cichlid Pellets, Anchor Essentials Shrimp Pellets.

Tank and Environment: Large aquarium (75 Gallon as juvenile, larger as adult)

Considerations: The Azul Peacock Bass is an active species with a big appetite!  Smaller tank mates that fit in the bass’s mouth could be on the menu so please add them with caution.
