These hybrid shovelnose have an incredible pattern and personality. A specially bred mix between a Marble Achara Catfish and a Shovelnose Cat, they make for an interesting and attractive addition to your aquarium. This guy is a GROW OUT and is probably about 6-7" at this point.

Feeding: Anchor Essentials Catfish Pellets, Anchor Essentials Shrimp Pellets.
Tank and Environment: Medium sized aquarium at current size (55 gallon). XL Aquarium as adults.
Considerations: The hybrid shovelnose catfish is predatory not unlike other shovelnose catfish species. These do not get as large as others but will still need a very large aquarium for long term care.
